(1) The thick and straight ribs are good quality hollow board products. The vertical ribs are thin, and when the pressure is bent, the quality of the board is not good.

(2) Black spots and crystal dots appear on the plastic hollow board to indicate that they contain impurities. The more the impurity content, the more the old material content is indicated. Good plastic hollow boards must be clean and translucent.

(3) By examining the fluidity of the hollow plate melt, it can also be judged whether the material is good or bad. Since the molecular chain of the carbonate resin is long, the molecular structure is destroyed by repeated high-temperature melting, and the macromolecule is degraded into small molecules. The old material is melted at a high temperature, and its molecular chain is broken, so that the fluidity is increased. Therefore, in theory, the better the fluidity in the molten state, the worse the quality.
